On the left the blue team have collected a handful of score items and are currently being asked to shout the word 'Amazing', while on the right the green team have collected a lot of score items and are being asked to whisper the word 'Business'. Photograph of the game being played at the BFI Videogames event. The game is projected onto a screen while I keep an eye on it via my laptop on a table in front of the screen, and 2 microphones are pointed towards the audience.

A game made with Yann Seznec for an interactive keynote we did for BFI Video Games Day 2018. Using 2 microphones, players score points by shouting when the game tells them to shout, and lose points if they shout when it tells them to whisper.

As the talk is all about game design and the potentially large effect that small changes can have on a game, the game's designed so we can add and remove various elements on the fly (e.g. animation, screenshake, input schemes...).

We repeated the talk/game at Continue Edinburgh in 2018.
